For 17 years Mark Messer has been both a competitor and teacher in Martial Arts, Boxing and Kickboxing. He has earned a Black Belt in Ta. Kwon-Do, won numerous Martial Arts competitions and is the former Washington State Super Middleweight Kickboxing Champion. His published articles have appeared in magazines such as "Black Belt" Magazine "Inside Kung Fu", the "Tae-Kwon' Do Times" and "Martial Arts Fitness and Training." His skill is highly regarded within Professional Boxing and Kickboxing
community.

Mark is also the Personal Trainer and Manager of his wife, Kim "FIREBALL" Messer. Kim has a worldwide reputation as one of the best "Pound for Pound" women in Kickboxing and Professional Boxing history. Competing in Europe, Asia and throughout the United States, she has won Three World Titles in Eurasian-style Kickboxing and is the current I.F.B.A World Boxing Champion
